Unless there is a mistake on our part, we will not refund customized apparel. If an error occurs, you should be in communication with us within twenty-four (24) hours from receiving your order for us to remedy the mistake!

A few things to Remember:

• MONOGRAMMING: All monograms will be completed in order written to us in the notes. If you have not followed the directions for monogramming that we have outlined, you will not receive a refund/exchange. We will not be responsible for noted changes on the order of the letters. You must consider only the order in which they are to appear on the garment. Typical monograms are written FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE
• NAME/NUMBERS: Name and numbers added to a garment have an additional charge. Those added in the notes section will NOT be complete. Please double check you have completed correctly
• All returns are shipped at the buyers expense
• Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, the following must be met:

1. Unworn
2. Unwashed
3. Unaltered
4. No signs of damage- Deodorant, Makeup, Smoke, Perfume, etc.
5. Blank piece- not a personalized item or printed item

Items will not be returned if:

1. Any of the above listed criteria’s are not met
2. Item is discounted/final sale
3. No Return Form in return
